Cindi is a 20-year global supply chain executive with a background in technology product management and implementation in the areas of global logistics, supply chain optimization, transportation management, and warehousing & distribution solution design. She has held leadership positions at global logistics companies BAX Global, DB Schenker, and Americold managing large-scale projects. At Elemica, she has participated in technology design, development, and implementations for global companies in the process industries. Cindi’s team is responsible for product management of Elemica’s Digital Supply Network, designing the automation, collaboration, and visibility solutions for the products our clients buy, sell, and move through their supply chains.
Cindi holds a master-level degree in operations research and mathematics from Auburn University. She is a Pragmatic Marketing certified product manager and is currently the Board Chair of the Technology Association of Georgia’s Supply Chain & Logistics Society.

As Elemica’s Senior Director, Product Management, Gary Neights, is responsible for innovations in digital supply networks for products that Elemica clients sell through their supply chains. This includes decision support systems driven by predictive analytics and the use of blockchain for lineage management and smart contracts. Gary started his career as an officer in the USMC focused on supply chain activities to keep frontline aircraft mission-capable.
